ARTICLE 1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PUBLISHER

This website www.maudnaka.fr (hereinafter “the Site”) is published by the company Maison MauD Nakà ,
Limited liability company (Single shareholder company), registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 930 458 351 , whose registered office is located at 45 Rue de Sèvres, 92410 Ville-d'Avray, and can be contacted by email at bonjour@maudnaka.fr (hereinafter “the Publisher”).

ARTICLE 2. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all contractual relations between Maison MauD Nakà and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the Site.

ARTICLE 3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation. This acceptance is confirmed by checking the box provided for this purpose when ordering.

ARTICLE 4. PRODUCTS

The Products offered for sale are those described and presented on the Site. The photographs and descriptions of the Products are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. The Publisher strives to describe and present the items with the greatest precision. However, in the event of errors or omissions in the presentation, the Publisher cannot be held liable.

ARTICLE 5. PRICE

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Maison MauD Nakà reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of validation of the order. Delivery costs will be added before the final validation of the order.

ARTICLE 6. ORDER

The ordering process is as follows:

1. The Customer selects the Products he wishes to purchase and adds them to his basket.
2. Once the selection is made, he validates his basket and fills in the information required for delivery and payment.
3. The order is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the address provided when ordering.

The Publisher reserves the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event of non-payment, incorrect address or any other problem related to the Customer's order.

ARTICLE 7. PAYMENT

Payment for orders is made by credit card via a secure payment platform or by any other means offered on the Site. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. In the event of refusal by the payment center, the order will be automatically canceled.

ARTICLE 8. DELIVERY

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

• Delivery time : Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen by the Customer. Maison MauD Nakà undertakes to deliver the Products within a reasonable time.
• Shipping costs : Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process and depend on the destination and weight of the package.

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to transport services.

ARTICLE 9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs which are the responsibility of the Customer.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to bonjour@maudnaka.fr mentioning their order number and their wish to withdraw. Returned Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products.

ARTICLE 10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected during the order are necessary for the management of purchases and commercial relations. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy , available on the Site. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data in accordance with the GDPR. To exercise this right, they can contact the Publisher at bonjour@maudnaka.fr .

ARTICLE 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements present on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, etc.) are the exclusive property of Maison MauD Nakà or its partners. Any total or partial reproduction without the express authorization of the Publisher is prohibited.

ARTICLE 12. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the location of the registered office of Maison MauD Nakà.
