RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We put our passion and all our heart to work so that only one desire tempts you when receiving your MauD Nakà: to keep it to accompany you in your most beautiful memories.

However, you have 14 days from receipt of your shipment to return any products ordered on the maudnaka.fr website . The return costs are your responsibility.

Here is the procedure to follow so that the return and refund are carried out in the best conditions:

• Write to us at bonjour@maudnaka.fr to inform us of the return request by putting in the subject: “Return request: followed by the order number starting with #”
• Make sure the returned item is in perfect condition. Any product that has been damaged will not be refunded.
• Return the item, mentioning the order number as well as your first and last name to the following address:

• Please choose a mode of transport that includes a tracking number. Without a tracking number we will not accept any claims regarding lost packages.
• The refund will be made within a maximum of 5 days after receipt of your package.
• This refund will include the price of the products purchased less the delivery costs originally paid for sending your order, i.e. an amount of €10 if delivery at the time of the order was free. Any liability in the event of loss or damage to the products during return transport will remain your responsibility.
