Returns & Refunds

1. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the item to us.

2. Conditions and procedures for return

• To initiate a return, write to info@maudparis.fr with the subject "Return Request: #YourOrderNumber" .
• The product must be undamaged , unused , and returned in its original condition (packaging, labels, accessories). Damaged items will not be refunded.
• Send the package to the following address:

• You must choose a shipping method with a tracking number : without tracking, no refund will be given.

3. Return costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise specified prior to ordering.

4. Timeframe and terms of reimbursement

• The refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt and verification of the package.
• Only the amount of the returned products will be refunded. The initial delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer in accordance with Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code .
• The refund will be made via the original payment method (bank card, Paypal).

5. Responsibilities and guarantees

• Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
• Since return transport is your responsibility, any loss or damage depends on your choice of service provider.
